Live Well Talking Therapies
Helping you manage life's challenges

About Me

I have been fortunate to work in a variety of settings, gaining extensive experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My professional journey includes roles in:

  • Most recently, the NHS, delivering high-quality therapeutic care.
  • CRUSE Bereavement Care, providing support for those coping with loss.
  • Social Services, working with young people who have been in care.
  • Residential Care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I adhere to their Codes of Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics, ensuring I provide a safe, ethical, and professional service.

To maintain the highest standards of care, I am fully insured, receive regular professional supervision, and attend ongoing training as part of my Continued Professional Development (CPD). This commitment enables me to deliver therapy that reflects best practices and current evidence-based approaches.

My Approach

For me, the most rewarding part of being a therapist is witnessing the changes and progress each person makes. Every day, my clients challenge themselves, discover new perspectives, and build connections they were previously unaware of. The impact this can have on their lives is transformative, empowering them to take the steps needed to create the better life they aspire to.

Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or other emotional challenges, I provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together to overcome these difficulties.
