At your initial consultation we will discuss your reasons for wanting therapy and will assess the benefits of Counselling or CBT to help you with your problem.  You are then free to decide if you would like to continue to use my therapy service.
If for some reason we decide that I am not the right therapist for you then I will try to help you find an appropriate professional.

Should you decide to continue with my therapy service, we will arrange the next appointment.  The number of sessions may vary depending on the complexity of your needs, preferences and goals as well as the therapeutic approach.  My main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Counselling. We may decide on a fixed number of sessions but that can be reviewed at any time.

Inbetween sessions you may be invited to practice the tools and techniques that you have been learning in therapy which we will then review in the next session.
